Hello, my name is Autumn Mattson, and I am thrilled to begin my 24th year in education and my 9th year at CTA. Serving as your CTA Superintendent is an honor. Each day, I am truly inspired and excited to work with our amazing collaborative staff, world-changing students, and positive families.

Outside of work, I am a wife, mother, friend, and lifelong learner. I love traveling, spending time outdoors, and enjoying moments with my husband, Scott, and our two sons, Drew (20) and Evan (17). I am passionate about working with people and empowering them to use their voices to make the world a more positive place. My greatest passion is inspiring others to “Be BRAVE and Be YOU!”

I am looking forward to a fantastic year of CHANGING THE WORLD together!!

 Hi!  I'm Kate Bialkowski, CTA's Elementary Principal.  This will be my 10th year at CTA, 5th as the principal, and I couldn't be happier serving this amazing district of families! 

I have been in education for 17 years, serving as a classroom teacher, academic specialist, instructional coach, and now administrator.  I grew up in Rockford, graduated from Michigan State University (GO GREEN!), and even lived in North Carolina for 4 years to teach kindergarten!  My husband (Steve) and I now live right across the street from CTA with our two children, Charlotte (11 -6th Grader at CTA) and Crosby (7-2nd Grader at CTA).  I am a runner, and I love to cook, read, and birdwatch.

I have a passion for leading and growing children, adults, and myself to reach our fullest potential as World Changers!

Hello! My name is Brett Zuver and I am thrilled to join CTA as your new Secondary Principal.  With over 30 years of experience in education my journey has taken me from Superintendent, to Principal and also Athletic Director. I also work with the Flippen Group as a Capturing Kids' Hearts Leadership Strategist.  Beyond the classroom, I have coached NCAA Basketball for 17 years,  and I am an experienced speaker, giving leadership presentations across the Midwest and appearing on both local and national television. I graduated from Lake Superior State University, where I played collegiate basketball for four years

My family is very important to me. My wife, Janice, and I are proud parents of Brendan (29) and Cassidy (25). My passion is empowering young people, helping them find their purpose and reach their full potential. This aligns perfectly with CTA's mission and vision.

I am excited and humbled to become part of the CTA family.
